Important

The number of gateway instances you may need are not directly proportional to the information you find on this page.

There are different reasons that may require you to install several instances, for example:

• An exchange has different network end-points for different product categories.

• An exchange has different API’s for different product categories.

• Only a subset of symbols can be handled by your server configuration.

✓	At least one client has verified live trading.

(Sponsor)	Most features have been implemented and tested. Some features can not be completed without sponsorship, e.g. account and order management.
(Test)	Early version with very basic support for the exchange protocol. These gateways generally need more work which will be prioritised based on client interest. Reasons for experimenting: Previous client inquiry. The exchange has shown on the top 10 of CoinMarketCap. Understand complexities and constraints. Note

Sponsorship typically involves sharing a production account, with some small funding, so we can implement and test various account and order management features. There is a need to test passive and aggressive fills which involves taking some market risk. We take a best-effort approach to avoid losing any of the funding, but can obviously not make any guarantees.
